Mentoring Program
Our Mentoring Program for all new employees has been instrumental in effective and efficient training. Frontier chooses a qualified individual for each new employee when they start their tenure at Frontier Drilling. This individual helps acclimate the new employee to our "Safety First" culture and oversees their safe and proper completion of all assigned tasks.

Frontier Drilling closely abides to our Stop Authority at all times. This gives any person part of an operation the authority to stop a job at any time for more clarification or safety concern. These situations are documented so our operation can continually grow in safety and efficiency.

We're passionate about maintaining an "Open Door" safety policy. It's our policy that safety is not a secret. We encourage open communication between coworkers and fellow industry workers alike. More can be achieved together than apart.
